After two years of lockdown, SPAR was looking for a lot of staff to work for both the SPAR City's and the SPAR University's. They want to appeal to a young target group, such as schoolchildren and students. They mainly offer part-time (side) jobs, but also learn-work trajectories. Our challenge is to reach the right people in a tight labor market.
