Backbase: Working together to attract international talent
Backbase offers a banking platform with a flawless digital journey. They are the largest Dutch party in the field of Fintech, based in Amsterdam, with offices in New York and San Francisco. In order to be able to grow further, Backbase needs a new working at website. They came to us with that question.

From EVP, to MVP and first version
Solution
Together with the recruitment team of Backbase, Social Brothers has worked on an Employer Value Proposition (EVP). By means of interviews with Backbase employees, the value Backbase has for them was mapped out: what does Backbase offer compared to other parties?
Through various design sessions, paper prototype and wireframes, we have realized a new UX Design for Work at back. This is made in WordPress and provided with a data layer for measuring the results. This data provides input on the basis of which we optimize the website monthly, for example in terms of design and features. In addition to developing and maintaining the website, we also run a recruitment campaign to reach the right target groups.
