Grow your business with the help of De Recruitment Factory! Our partner De Wervingsfabriek is specialized in setting up, improving and maintaining corporate recruitment. The 'next step' for De Wervingsfabriek is to completely renew their corporate identity. Since the company has used the same house style since its foundation, they have indicated that they are ready for a 'new jacket'. The style must be in line with the current working methods and corporate culture of De Wervingsfabriek. They hired us to realize this rebranding!

Four developed house styles to choose from

Solution

How can we combine a hip style with a professional style? To find out, we started working with the customer in our creative session with mood boards. In this session, 5 mood boards were compiled by our designers, shown and discussed with De Wervingsfabriek. By visually displaying different styles, De Wervingsfabriek can make clear what they like, but especially what they don't like about their brand. With the feedback from this session, our design team started working out 4 different house styles for De Wervingsfabriek. We explained the customer's wishes to four of our designers, after which they started working individually from each other to create a matching style.
